We have been associated with Kendle Computer Services since our business began trading in 1987. In the time since then we have had many opportunities to install other POS programs and indeed have had pressure applied to us to do just that via some of our corporate suppliers.

We made the decision to remain loyal to Kendles despite these outside pressures.

We have valued the personal level of service and advice we have received from them in our long association in an ever changing industry.

We installed Merlin at the end of 2000 - one of the first stores in Kendles care to do so. This move has since proven that our loyalty to Kendles was well worth while - I don't think we would be enjoying using such an advanced POS system had we gone across to one of the so called big guys.

The new Merlin windows POS is easy for all our staff to follow - from storemen, sales staff right through to the admin department!

New staff have commented on how easy Merlin is to learn and operate. The biggest benefit we believe is the positive comments received from clients when they compare our invoicing system to other businesses they purchase from. More responsibility has been thrown back on the client from book keeping view. Merlin really assists in this area too.

We have been impressed by the approach the Kendles team have taken to suggested improvements or special little extras that each individual business seems to require. The speed of updates via the internet is also a giant leap forward in the POS world.

We also use Kendles to administer our e-mail systems. We are able to live with the peace of mind, knowing that if a problem should occur we will receive personal service from qualified staff to quickly resolve any issues.

I would thoroughly recommend anyone contemplating a new POS to make sure that Merlin is on the top of their shopping list.
