I have been associated with Kendle Computer Services since 1986.

Kendles have been the backbone of my business computerised information systems through six businesses I have owned and managed and now a business I manage.

These businesses have varied between:

• Manufacturing and exporting pressed steel roof tiles
• Four landscape supplies yards with an Head Office
• A Hardware store
• A Winery

The most complex of the systems we have required was for the four landscape supplies yards that all reported back to head office.

Kendles most recent work carried out for us was to develop a system to calculate Wine Equalisation Tax for Sevenhill Winery. Our winery stuation is quite unique in that we have a mix of customers and products that are taxed on different products at variable rates. Our challenge was to minimise tax without costing the winery the earth. Kendles adapted their Merlin system to suit our needs.

They then went on to develop our online customer order and payment system for our web site.

All of the systems are working well with very little training of our staff and little necessity for support from Kendles
