Our association with Kendle Computer Services Pty Ltd started back in early 1997. 

Hardware, Software and training were all supplied, training being the most necessary to both Management and Staff, all being computer illiterate. 

With the advent of GST and many grey hairs, with our then current software we approached various software companies, including Kendle’s, looking for the best programme for our business.  Merlin was demonstrated to us, a few minor changes we made to suit our P.O.S. requirements and by October 2000 we had Merlin installed without any loss of data from our previous software and no loss of trading time. 

Over the years of making many and varied business decisions this was one of our best.  We were impressed with the flexibility of the software but most of all the direct approach to any suggestions for changes we in the rural business, would like to have. 

The upgrades to the software are fast and efficient and our requests for changes to the programme have been met favourably. 

The use of the Internet for upgrades within minutes and having the ability to connect directly for any problems that arise saves any down time. 

We have recommended Kendle Computer Services and the Merlin system to many CRT Members and other independent companies, and like ourselves, those who have taken Kendle’s on board have not been disappointed.
