Unlike traditional software companies, Merlin Software only offers our systems on a sensible monthly usage basis. There are no upfront
charges for your software modules, only your initial installation and training costs at a reasonable daily fee (which includes all travel
expenses).
The monthly software fee not only includes your licence to use our software, but every standard upgrade that is released (not new modules)
and full access to our support team 24/7 for your Merlin system.
Each year we release 11 upgrades, and most new features that are found in each upgrade are developed at our clients’ requests … if a feature
is good for your business, chances are it’s equally as good for everyone else, so we put it in the system !
At Merlin Software, we don’t believe you need to pay a license for every computer on your site, our monthly fee covers your site irrespective
of whether you have two or twenty PC’s !
We also offer, on an hourly chargeable basis, support for your system that is not related to your Merlin Software modules … such as, your
network, operating system, hardware etc.
Our website and email hosting is available only to our existing clients, and can be obtained from our office. Software contracts remain
in place for a minimum period of three years, or for so long as the software is in use in your business.
