When you install a Merlin Software system, our trained technicians will spend time on your site configuring each machine you wish to use in
your network to work with Merlin modules.
After configuring all of your required machines, our technicians will spend some time with you customising the system to suit your
individual business requirements.
We will then begin the training side of your new system, ensuring that you and your relevant staff members fully understand how to
operate your new system and begin trading on it.
After leaving your site, further assistance is available via our support team at any time … as time progresses, if you employ new
staff or simply feel that you need some additional training because the system has upgraded many features, you can schedule a re-visit to
site or some online training time !
