technical staff ! We also use up to the minute Help Desk tracking software to ensure that our clients’ needs are met at all times.
Our support technicians have a wide variety of experience, not only in all of our Merlin Software modules but also in Operating
Systems, Microsoft Exchange, Networking, Internet and Email issues (to name a few !).
Full support for your Merlin modules is included in your software contract, and our technicians are available at all times to
assist you via phone, fax or internet.
Support for all other areas of your system will be offered for a reasonably hourly rate.
